For permitting on Residential properties our Standard Detail Plan. This plan will include the items most cities want to see on a site plan such as scale, north arrow, driveway, structures, and trees.
Our Premium Site Plan is most appropriate when your city needs features such as Setbacks, Easements, Light Poles, Topo lines etc. or if it s a Commercial Property
Our Basic Site Plan will include the property boundaries and primary structure along with north arrow and scale. This is our most basic plan and is commonly used for planning purposes but lacks details that most cities and counties require.
Yes, After you fill-up the order form for the Site Plan, In the description area you can describe the dimensions of the feature and where you would like it to be placed. Another option is to wait for the initial draft to be sent to you and then sketch the new feature into the draft, then send it back to us to be added.

Yes, it is possible but he client would have to provide additional required information as those details would no be available via satellite image or County website. You can describe the addition you want while ordering or you can wait for the first draft and then you can send us markups on the plan which we will incorporate in the Final Site Plan.
Yes, a vicinity map can be added to the site plan. Our Premium Site Plan includes the Vicinity Map on every Plan by default.
If you want Vicinity map on any other Plan, just mention it in the description while ordering the Plan. This will cost $15 extra once we send you the Plan.
A vicinity map is a small map in the upper corner of the site plan that shows the subject property relative to the surrounding area.
Yes, We can. Since we do not visit the property we will need a dimensioned sketch from the client for the floor plan, and outside pictures of the property for the elevations.
The cost for the Floor Plan and Elevations depends on the scope and complexity of the work and ranges from $40-$65 each, Please fill the GET QUOTE from to get detailed quote.
No, Our Site Plans are not a Survey and should not be used as one. We do not visit the property for any measurements and all data will be taken from County GIS websites and Satellite Images
Please Verify with your County that they do not require a Stamp. Our plans are not stamped by any licensed Engineer, Architect or Surveyor as most of the Permit don't require one.
